Who we are

This website is run by DS Search Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company no. 14936007), 280 Lunsford Lane, Larkfield, Aylesford, Kent ME20 6HU. For anything about your personal data, contact us using the details on our contact page.

What we collect

We only collect personal information you choose to send us through our audit request and contact forms: your name, email address, website, phone number (optional) and your message.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also records how you use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and how you arrived). It does not identify you by name. See our cookie policy.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and, if you ask us to, prepare an SEO audit or proposal.
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to enquiries you send us, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data or share it for marketing. It's stored on our own hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
